Question by Liz Veee: Can we complain to the post office if our mailbox is crappy?

We share mailbox center w/ the residents on our block so this isn’t our at-home personal mailbox. We all have our mailboxes w/ our personal key. My complaint is that our mailbox center is worn down completely! I have to struggle to get the lock to open! Can they do something about this?
